Registered Dental Assistant

Seeking full and part time Registered Dental Assistants to fulfill chairside position in a fun, growing pediatric dental office. Successful applicant will be cross trained to support the scheduling staff. They will also be trained to assist in the operating room at St. Luke's Unity Point Hospital. Once hired, the applicant must complete the expanded functions nitrous oxide course. The pediatric dental office is a high energy and fast paced environment, and we have recently moved into a new state of the art facility.

Requirements:

• Applicant must be hard-working, personable, and able to multi-task. 
• Applicant must act as a team player and are flexible to changes within the schedule on a daily basis. 
• Applicant must have a current Registered Dental Assistant license in the state of Iowa with added qualification in dental radiography.
• Applicant must have current CPR.
• Pediatric experience and knowledge of Eaglesoft preferred, but not required.

Shift:

• Office hours include Monday – Thursday 8 am to 5 pm.
• Fridays Dr. Balster and Dr. Pfohl are at the hospital and applicant will rotate in the surgery schedule.
