CLA is growing and seeking to hire an experienced Lead Project Manager to join our talented EPMO team. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment.

This role owns the development of roadmaps that address moving the firm towards desired state solutions. They understand the goals, timeframes, methodology, and resource requirements for the projects within the program. They oversee a program with multiple complex projects.

How you'll create opportunities in this Senior Project Manager role:

*Project Management: Partner with business and program leaders to create detailed roadmaps that establish clear milestones for each workstream.

*Routine Management: Oversee and facilitate program/project routines to ensure transparency of investment needs and status across all stakeholders, empowering Executive Sponsors to make well-informed decisions.

*Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional staff within the firm and with vendors.

*Issue Resolution: Support and/or lead the resolution of blockers and challenges in collaboration with project leads, product owners, and peer programs, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

*Process Improvement: Identify and address opportunities to continuously enhance internal processes for the development and release of new solutions.

What you will need:

  • 6 years of relevant experience required as a Project Manager/supervisory experience preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Azure Dev Ops and SharePoint.
  • Comprehensive understanding and experience leading application development projects.
  • Comfortable using a large variety of technology tools and able to easily adapt to rapidly changing technology

Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth. We pay competitive wages and view compensation as an investment in our people. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.

The compensation range for this position in California is: $104,300.00 - $177,000.00
