About the Role: If you are energized by shaping how global brands connect with culture, talent, and key moments worldwide, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact across HARMAN's global footprint. As the Global Culture and Partnerships Specialist, you will support the Director in delivering global strategies across cultural engagement and external partnerships for HARMAN's core brands. The role focuses on coordination and day-to-day support for partnership initiatives, music licensing, and Sponsorship Approval Committee (SAC) submissions. The Global Culture & Partnerships team drives HARMAN's cultural impact by developing brand-defining partnerships, shaping global cultural strategy, and ensuring consistent execution across global regions. The team identifies opportunities that connect HARMAN's brands, (e.g. JBL), with music, sports, entertainment, talent, and cultural moments. While guiding regions to activate these partnerships effectively and in alignment with global brand direction. What You Will Do:

Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation are also available, such as bonuses or commission.
Pay is based on a wide range of factors, including, without limitation, skill set, experience, training, location, and business need.
