About the Role

As the Group Brand & Campaign Manager, you will be shaping, developing, and executing the strategic global positioning and campaign execution for Harman's flagship Luxury brands. You will have specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise, independent decision-making, and the ability to lead others in solving complex problems. You will also own global brand planning, develop and apply brand guidelines, and manage multi-channel advertising campaigns, ensuring consistency and excellence across all consumer touchpoints.

You will work collaboratively with regional leads, cross-functional partners, and agency teams, while directly managing external vendors and holding them accountable for performance. You will influence functional best practices, interpret business challenges, and recommend innovative solutions to elevate the brand and achieve operational excellence in support of business growth objectives. You will report to the Global Brand Strategy Director.

What You Will Do

  • Contribute to Brand Positioning Development: Conduct research, gather competitive benchmarks, and prepare analysis to support the creation and refinement of global brand positioning. Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and influence strategic direction.
  • Support Brand Strategy Development: Draft presentations, toolkits, and frameworks that translate long-term strategic direction into actionable resources for global regions and business functions.
  • Run Brand Planning Processes: Lead annual and quarterly brand planning cycles, consolidating stakeholder inputs, maintaining core planning documents, and monitoring progress against agreed brand objectives. Proactively address roadblocks and adapt plans as needed.
  • Apply and Monitor Brand Guidelines: Ensure that day-to-day assets, creative output, and campaign materials align with global brand guidelines. Identify inconsistencies, propose corrective actions, and champion best practices internally and externally.
  • Execute Advertising Campaigns: Lead the end-to-end management of global advertising campaigns, including agency management (briefing, timelines, budgets), creative production, and rollout coordination across multiple regions. Track campaign progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure deliverables meet quality and timing requirements.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee external vendors, holding them accountable for performance, budget, and quality standards. Lead negotiations and resolve issues to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Lead or participate in major projects with moderate-to-high resource requirements, risk, and complexity. Collaborate with product, digital, sales, and communications teams to maximize brand impact.
  • Analytical Excellence: Use sophisticated analytical thought to interpret business challenges, evaluate campaign results, and present actionable insights. Recommend and implement improvements to products, processes, or services based on data and best practices.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Communicate difficult concepts clearly and negotiate differing perspectives with senior stakeholders or external partners to drive alignment and adoption of new approaches.
  • Functional Policy & Governance: Guide work by functional policies, ensuring all activities align with broader brand vision and compliance requirements.
