Scheduled Weekly Hours:

40 Emplify Health is seeking a highly organized, detailoriented Residency Program Administrator to support the daily operations of our accredited medical education programs. This position serves as the lead administrator for the General Surgery Residency Program, supporting 20 surgical trainees. The anticipated start date for this role would start on June 8, 2026. Reporting to the Graduate Medical Education (GME) Manager, this role is essential to the smooth and effective operation of the residency. The Residency Program Administrator works closely with Medical Education Leadership, Program Directors, Associate Program Directors, faculty, clinical support liaisons, and external program partners to ensure a highquality educational and clinical training environment.   • 1.0 FTE
  • Monday-Friday, daytime hours
  • Onsite position in La Crosse, Wisconsin
  • Starting salary: $52,790 (with additional compensation for experience)
  • Anticipated start date of June 8, 2026.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related field, business, or education
  • 2-4 years of related experience in medical education program coordination, Administrative or accreditation management, Project management or Educational or hospital systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products preferred
