*Job Title: Member Service Representative (MSR) - Contact Center**Job Description*We are seeking dedicated professionals to respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven, and structured contact center operation. Your role will involve providing information regarding our products and services, demonstrating knowledge, active listening, adaptability to multiple systems, and engagement methods to ensure an optimal member experience and customer service. You will perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts, advising members of additional products and services that may fit their needs.
*Responsibilities* * Respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals. * Provide accurate information about products and services. * Perform transactions for various accounts including savings, checking, and loans. * Advise members on additional products and services. * Engage with members to ensure a positive experience. *Essential Skills* * Proficient in customer service. * Experience in data entry. * Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls. * Familiarity with call center operations. * Compliance with policies in a high volume, structured environment. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Experience in call center, administrative, secretary/receptionist, banking/mortgage, professional, or high volume retail environment. *Why Work Here?*Join the largest credit union in the world, dedicated to serving the financial needs of the military and their families worldwide. The Contact Center operates 24/7/365, offering shifts that accommodate work-life balance. Scheduled breaks and meals are structured, with most shifts allowing flexibility in start and end times within a one-hour window. Expect to handle back-to-back phone calls for the majority of your shift, with the possibility of four-hour call sessions before breaks. *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Virginia Beach, VA. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
