This position plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of the Sales, Group, and Catering functions at the property. The Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative, clerical, and marketing support to the sales team, while delivering attentive, courteous, and efficient service to clients, guests, and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities include preparing contracts and banquet event orders, managing group rooming lists, coordinating event details, maintaining accurate sales systems and files, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring timely communication between departments to execute group and catering programs successfully. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This temporary assignment requires an immediate start and will conclude in September 2026. Responsibilities
