Supply Chain Finance Manager - Golden Valley, MN

We have an opportunity for a Supply Chain Finance Manager to join our team in Golden Valley, MN, supporting the strategic transformation of our Pool Business Segment. In this role, you will serve as a key financial partner to the Supply Chain Manager and Global Commodity team, ensuring alignment with financial commitments and driving performance through insightful analysis. You'll deliver actionable recommendations to senior leadership, helping shape decisions that optimize cost, efficiency, and long-term value across the supply organization.

You will:

  • Oversee the development and refinement of performance methodologies, guiding the supply team in leveraging data analytics to improve operation outcomes
  • Leverage AI-driven tools and analytics to identify and lead initiatives to improve productivity, streamline and automate forecasting and reporting processes, and optimize accuracy and operational efficiency
  • Ensure alignment between Supply Team scorecard and dashboard reporting and P&L readouts to present cohesive, consistent, and accurate results
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting cycles, ensuring timely, accurate, and actionable insights that align with segment strategy and business goals.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Finance leadership to analyze and present monthly material variances, providing strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Lead coordination efforts with global commodity managers and supply leadership to develop weekly outlooks, rolling forecasts, and annual plans that support long-term business objectives.
  • Promote alignment between supply initiatives and manufacturing sites, ensuring financial impacts are clearly understood and reflected in forecasts.
  • Partner with Supply Chain Manager on risk and opportunity assessments within the Global Supply Material Savings Funnel, delivering strategic insights and updates to leadership.

Key Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of progressive supply chain finance experience, ideally within global manufacturing.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with a solid foundation in financial statements, GAAP, and cost accounting principles.
  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively across teams, influence decision-makers, and build strong relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, with ability to complete necessary analytical reports and provide written commentary and interpretation.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and process optimization; thrives in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
  • Extensive expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting, with thorough attention to detail and a drive for accuracy.
  • Experience with BI tools (Denodo, Power BI), financial reporting platforms (OneStream), and ERP systems (SAP Hana) preferred.

Compensation:

For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $82300- $152800/ year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with a demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs. This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as, annual incentive bonus.
