Join our dynamic Community Psychiatry Program, where you'll play a vital role in delivering comprehensive mental health and substance abuse services to our patients. We're seeking passionate individuals ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.

Job Requirements:

Ideal Candidate Profile:




  • Educational Background: You possess a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Mental Health, or a closely related field, coupled with at least six months of relevant experience.



  • Driver's License: A valid driver's license with 2 or fewer points is required to ensure flexibility in patient service delivery.



  • Analytical Skills: You are adept at problem-solving, with the ability to apply basic scientific, mathematical, or technical principles to develop effective solutions.



  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with a compassionate approach to navigating challenging interpersonal interactions.

Salary Range: Minimum 23.35/hour - Maximum 38.54/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
