Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Senior Product Marketing Project Manager to support our Ancillary Products and join our team inHolland,MI.



As a Senior Product Marketing Project Manager you will;



Lead a variety of strategic, market-facing, and product marketing projects for the Ancillary business unit, by managing cross-functional teams, budgets, and project execution ensuring initiatives align with business goals and deliver measurable outcomes.

Essential Functions

  • Lead Marketing Project and Program Teams: Lead marketing project and program teams, overseeing all aspects from initiation to closure.
  • Contribute to Project and Marketing Strategies: With management team, develop strategies to achieve marketing plan objectives.
  • Oversee Project/Program Budgets: Ensure compliance with marketing budgets, allocating resources strategically.
  • Collaborate With Cross-Functional Leaders: Collaborate with leaders from other departments such as product management and creative teams to align efforts with business goals.
  • Drive Project and Marketing Strategy Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation, exploring and implementing new technologies, processes, and approaches to enhance effectiveness.
  • Stay Abreast of Industry Trends and Technologies: Stay informed and apply new knowledge about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing deliverables to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
  • Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
  • Performs other duties within scope as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar field of study.
  • 5 years experience within Product Marketing, Marketing Project Management, Product Management, and Brand Management or similar (OR 3 years related experience with Master's Degree)
  • Applicants must be able to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance.
  • Applicants must possess an unrestricted right to work in the US to be eligible for this position.
  • Military Equivalency at www.mynextmove.org/vets/find/military

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the furniture industry and/or design
  • Experience supporting ancillary products
  • Experience working with the architecture & design community
  • Experience directly supporting a sales organization
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or other design tools
  • PMP certified
  • Utilization of AI in marketing work
