As a Process Analyst Intern, you will operate as a member of the Engineering Continuous Improvement Process and Tools teams to analyze, define, document, assess, and scrutinize the processes and tools used to deliver technology solutions and then identify areas for potential improvement. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate and contribute to all project activities required to accomplish meaningful improvements, learn best practices through mentorship and grow your skills and confidence through hands-on learning in a team environment.

Outcomes and Activities:

  • Document current and future state process flows
  • Conduct research and interviews needed to shape and validate improvement recommendations.
  • Participate in improvement projects ensuring project participants understand the process modifications needed.
  • Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes are achieving the desired results.
  • Author and review supporting documentation including job aids and communications.
  • Learn the process domain to better support the business.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, business or closely related field of study
  • Experience working in a team environment.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in a process improvement or process analyst role
  • Prior experience with IT methodologies and processes

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Show initiative and the desire to learn new tools and skills
  • Be introspective and open to feedback to continuously improve; prioritize personal development and identify potential barriers
  • Show emerging critical thinking skills
  • Ability to communicate technical information (both verbal and written)

12- week Internship

Start Date:May 18, 2026

End Date:August 7, 2026

Targeted Compensation:$23/hour
