POSITION SUMMARY The Operations Training Leader oversees the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of training programs that ensure workforce capability, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across chemical manufacturing plants. This role partners closely with plant leadership, EHS, Quality, and HR to build a strong learning culture that advances safety, technical proficiency, leadership development, and career pathways within the organization. This position requires a balance of technical expertise and leadership acumen. The Operational Training Leader plays a critical role in ensuring operational reliability, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth. Located at our Florence, Kentucky site, the Operational Training Leader reports to the Plant Manager. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES An Operational Training Leader is responsible for but not limited to the following: Training Strategy & Program Leadership
