The Customer Experience (CE) organization develops, implements, and oversees customer-centric operations from meter installation to customer service and sales to final billing. The CE portfolio includes functions for meter testing, customer billing, payment processing, credit policy, revenue operations, contact center operations, digital channels, and pricing strategy. Business Operations and Strategy is an operations support team within the Customer Experience portfolio focused on strategic planning, financial and resource management, performance measurement and reporting, risk management, and implementation of enterprise-wide initiatives. Position Summary Develops communication strategies and disseminates internal and external communications with the goal of preserving and strengthening PG&E's reputation and credibility with various stakeholders. Researches and writes content for internal and external audiences by providing information on programs, policies, projects and other efforts impacting the organization. Supports other communications efforts providing ideas, edits and formatting to support communications strategies. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business needs or company requirements. PG&E is providing the full salary/pay range for this position. The actual amount paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity,specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location. The range to reasonably expect will be around the minimum and the midpoint. Thefinal decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to the factors above.This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E's discretionary incentive compensation programs.
