Polar Ridge, a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for a Director of Sales and Marketing to join our growing team! Polar Ridge Senior Living is a beautiful community located in North St Paul, MN right off highway 36, near the giant snow man and North High School. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 114-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services. Polar Ridge Senior Living is a growing community with a fun, passionate, and caring team who assists our residents Age Magnificently. Join our team today! Are you compassionate towards others? Our Director of Marketing becomes family and impacts the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. In this position you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing the community marketing plan to increase revenue. Additionally, this position requires ongoing evaluation of current practice and procedure within the marketing department and the discretion to make improvements as needed. Duties include:
