The Manager of IT leads the internal IT services that support the entire DataBank organization. Reporting to the VP of Technical Operations within the Managed Services group, this role oversees end-user computing and core corporate IT platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows OS, and internal business applications) that support the business 24x7x365. This leader is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable balancing day-to-day support needs with longer-term improvements. The role requires strong prioritization under deadline pressure and the ability to effectively manage staff and contractors across remote locations and time zones. Key Responsibilities
