Description
This role leads the design and implementation of a high-impact and sustainable change management practice/center of excellence (COE) in support of First Tech's strategic goals and objectives. This role creates strong relationships throughout the businesses and functions, champions progressive leadership, business efficiencies, increased productivity, and improved member experience.

Job Duties
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of an enterprise-wide change management practice and COE.
  • Build process improvement mentality into the business through targeted and well applied use of LEAN, Agile, Six Sigma, PROSCI, and other change management and process improvement methodologies.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Team and strategic prioritization leaders to successfully drive and implement change management at the enterprise level.
  • Apply a data-driven and analytical approach to improvement - identifying metrics to measure success of change initiatives and oversee the implementation of a KPI dashboard.
  • Build, evangelize and constantly improve a comprehensive and change management framework and all of the accompanying tools and resources.
  • Research emerging industry trends, new technologies, concepts, and techniques to update current approaches and keep First Tech at the forefront of change management.
  • Prepare budgetary recommendations and effectively manage allocated resources, always seeking greater efficiencies while still maintaining effectiveness.
  • Build and effectively lead a team of change consultants to assist with this work and hold them accountable for achieving KPIs.

Essential Skills
  • Required experience: 8+ years of progressive experience leading organizational change, transformation, or enterprise initiatives within complex organizations
  • 5+ years in a senior change management or transformation leadership role, with accountability for enterprise or multiworkstream change efforts
  • Expertise in leading large scale enterprise change, with a measurable record of improved organizational effectiveness. Experience in the financial services industry with expert understanding of financial products, functions, and processes is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and build strong relationships with leaders at all levels and partners across the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish credibility and rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A learning/growth mindset with a desire to take an innovative approach to Change Leadership.
  • Ability to apply lean implementation and superior execution.
  • Ability to think strategically, and possess a demonstrated track record of developing and implementing end-to-end change management strategies aligned to the advancement of the business objectives.
  • Ability to switch seamlessly between strategic thinking and tactical execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience driving improvements through data-analytics and metrics.
  • Strong knowledge of key domains of expertise, such as performance improvement technology and processes, learning and training best practice approaches, and organizational change.
  • Required Education: Bachelor's degree in field relevant to role (or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree), advanced degree preferred.
  • Certification/License: Change management certification such as PROSCI, Kotter, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile or other accredited certifications not required, but highly desired.
Location: Hillsboro, OR 97124 | Marlborough, MA 01752 | Chelmsford, MA (HYBRID)
Target Compensation: $180k - $200k annually + annual bonus
