Position Overview Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist will partner with recruiters and business leaders to identify, engage and successful recruit talent. This contract position will use research tools like LinkedIn, Zoom Info, the internet, phone and other research tools. This role involves in-depth research, networking, and fostering relationships to connect and pipeline potential candidates. The ideal candidate possesses a sharp talent-spotting ability, outstanding communication prowess, and a proactive mindset towards talent acquisition.
Position Requirements
The estimated hourly rate for this position is $30 per hour. We consider many factors when determining actual hiring salary. These factors may include location, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, internal equity, and market demands.
