Job Description:

The Senior Manager, Global Supplier Quality leads the global supplier quality strategy and execution across all FormFactor manufacturing locations. This role has enterprise-wide impact and is responsible for establishing global standards, developing suppliers, governing incoming quality and customer quality performance, and leading a global Supplier Quality Engineering organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define and own the global Supplier Quality strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned to corporate quality objectives and First Time Right (FTR) metrics.

  • Establish and maintain the Supplier Quality Management System (SQMS), including FAI, supplier qualification, change control, and incoming inspection acceptance.

  • Lead global supplier development and risk-based audit programs, with emphasis on strategic and high-risk suppliers.

  • Drive Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs), recurrence prevention, and structured problem solving using 8D, FMEA, and SPC.

  • Own governance of Supplier Quality performance over value chain (incoming, in-line, and at customer) processes including evidence requirements, classification, escalation, and resolution.

  • Deploy global dashboards and analytics for FTR, Supplier FPY, Defect rate, audit findings, and SCAR closure.

  • Partner with Sourcing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Site Quality to embed quality into supplier selection and product launches.

  • Build, lead, and develop a global Supplier Quality Engineering team; set objectives, coach performance, and develop successors.
