KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Service Delivery Model Design - Transformation to join our Global Business Services organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Apply a thorough understanding of transformation management to lead the development of the service transformation roadmap; architect and design target operating models, including process blueprints, technology solutions, and governance frameworks that align with long-term business goals
  • Develop comprehensive business cases for transformation initiatives, defining the scope, benefits, costs, and risks; own the value realization process, establishing metrics and dashboards to track performance and ensure transformation objectives are met
  • Manage cross-functional teams to execute complex transformation projects; manage the overall program plan, including key milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Lead deep-dive analyses of current-state processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization; drive the integration of automation and new technologies to create step-change improvements in service delivery with Generative Business Services (GBS) leadership
  • Support the technical and operational integration of new service models; ensure seamless connectivity with other business systems and processes, working closely with other teams to deliver a cohesive solution
  • Regularly interface with firm leaders regarding execution of tasks and responsibilities and to help drive desired outcomes for GBS; focus is blended between execution of work product and tactical planning of strategic objectives; establish credibility across peer groups and leaders
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent experience in leading large-scale business transformation, process re-engineering, or service design initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required
  • Strong knowledge of business process re-engineering, target operating model design, and strategic transformation frameworks (for example: Lean, Six Sigma, Agile); familiarity with change management principles is a plus
  • Strong financial literacy with demonstrated experience developing detailed business cases, modeling costs and benefits, and tracking value realization against transformation goals; ability to manage projects and processes, applying expertise to make concrete decisions that impact the organization
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority; must be able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high-performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
  • Strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; ability to participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans
