KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Service Delivery Model Innovation to join our Global Business Services organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Apply a thorough understanding of transformation strategy and innovation to lead continuous market research and analysis of emerging technologies (for example: AI, GenAI, advanced automation), competitive intelligence, and new service delivery paradigms to build and maintain a pipeline of innovation opportunities
  • Partner with Generative Business Services (GBS) leadership to design and lead rapid prototyping and pilot programs for new service concepts; develop and test hypotheses in controlled environments, measure outcomes, and determine the viability and strategic fit of new models before scaling
  • Build compelling business cases and strategic proposals for the most promising innovations; account for pitching these concepts to GBS leadership
  • Identify and cultivate a network of external partners, including startups, technology vendors, and academic institutions, to bring outside-in innovation and next-generation capabilities to the organization
  • For successful innovations, oversee the hand-off to the transformation team, ensuring a smooth transition from a proven concept to a fully planned and executed implementation project
  • Regularly interface with firm leaders regarding execution of tasks and responsibilities and to help drive desired outcomes for GBS; focus is blended between execution of work product and tactical planning of strategic objectives; establish credibility across peer groups and leaders
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent experience in innovation, corporate strategy, product management, or business development, with a proven track record of developing and launching new concepts, products, or services
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required
  • Strong understanding of the innovation lifecycle, from ideation to incubation and scaling; knowledge of Design Thinking, Human-Centered Design, or Lean Startup methodologies is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of emerging technology trends particularly AI, GenAI, and automation and a passion for creatively applying them to solve business problems and creating new value; ability to manage projects and processes, applying expertise to make concrete decisions that impact the organization
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority; must be able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high-performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
  • Strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; capacity to participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans
