Join our Mortgage Operations team and play a key role in supporting the loan origination process. In this entry-level role, you'll help ensure smooth, accurate, and compliant mortgage workflow while delivering great service to our members. What You'll Do * Assist with new loan setup, member follow-up, and document validation * Index and manage documents received from members, staff, and third parties * Make initial member contact and maintain clear, accurate interaction notes * Update systems and track action items to keep loans moving * Help resolve documentation discrepancies with mortgage staff and external partners * Prepare basic production reports and review daily work queues * Support team efficiency by suggesting process improvements * Perform general administrative tasks (filing, faxing, copying) * Take on additional duties as needed What We're Looking For * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Clear communication and customer service mindset * Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment * Comfortable working with documents and databases Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winchester, VA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
