Description This role focuses on reviewing and approving new account documentation and performing general account maintenance. It is a high-volume, process-driven position requiring strong accuracy, data entry skills, and comfort working across multiple internal systems. The work supports a pilot program related to secure lines of credit. Responsible for the approval and review of account documents received from advisors. Expected to perform a set amount of tasks daily using several applications, following set procedures and guidelines. * Approval of New account documentation * General maintenance of accounts * Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's degree preferred * Software/Systems Skills Required/Preferred: Solid working knowledge of Microsoft product * Attention to detail, and ability to follow specific instructions * Financial Services experience Skills data entry, microsoft office, account management, oracle, data management, beta Additional Skills & Qualifications Required Skills & Experience -1+ year of data entry experience -1+ year of financial services industry experience -Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures -Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) -Ability to work independently and stay organized -Strong communication, teamwork, and problemsolving skills -Selfstarter with motivation to learn and adapt Preferred: -Bachelor's degree -Experience with Oracle or similar systems -Experience reviewing and processing forms Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Tempe, AZ.
