We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst II to support our Workforce Strategy & Analytics team in delivering reliable, actionable insights that improve labor planning, scheduling accuracy, and operational performance across Manheim.
In this role, you will build and analyze datasets, develop actionable insights related to labor planning, and support standardized forecasting and modeling. You'll work closely with partners in Operations, HR, and Finance to understand business priorities and translate them into clear reporting and modeling outputs. This role focuses on strong data preparation, KPI monitoring, and insight delivery-while also providing opportunities to explore AI-assisted analytics and labor modeling. The role is ideal for an analyst who is detail-oriented, technically curious, and eager to grow deeper analytical capability within a high-impact Workforce Management environment. What You'll Do
What We're Looking For Qualifications
USD 74,000.00 - 111,000.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $74,000.00 - $111,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
