HR Systems Support Contractor
Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Systems Support Contractor to provide hands-on execution support across multiple HR technology initiatives. This role will assist with system testing, documentation, data cleanup, and platform support during a period of active system implementation and transition.

This is a temporary contract role focused on execution and delivery rather than long-term system ownership or people management.


Key Responsibilities
HRIS / SuccessFactors Support


  • Create, organize, and maintain training materials, job aids, and user documentation.



  • Execute system test cases and validate results.



  • Document issues identified during testing and escalate as needed.



  • Update documentation to reflect current system configurations and workflows.




Employee Document Management System


  • Support testing of a new employee document management platform.



  • Assist with migration of employee records from legacy systems.



  • Perform indexing, categorization, and quality checks on employee documents.



  • Help eliminate backlog of unfiled employee records.



  • Ensure strict adherence to data privacy and confidentiality standards.




Payroll & Benefits Systems Support


  • Provide configuration assistance under direction of internal system owners.



  • Create and update payroll and benefits process documentation.



  • Assist with testing system updates and documenting changes.




General Project & Systems Support


  • Maintain detailed records of completed work and identified issues.



  • Partner with HR systems team members to meet project deadlines.



  • Support ad hoc tasks during implementation and system stabilization phases.




Qualifications


  • 1-3 years of experience supporting HR systems, HRIS, or HR operations.



  • Experience with SuccessFactors preferred.



  • Familiarity with employee data management and HR compliance standards.



  • Strong written communication skills for documentation and training materials.



  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently.



  • Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion.




Role Scope


  • Execution-focused contract role.



  • No people management responsibilities.



  • No long-term strategic system ownership.



  • Access to sensitive employee data requires strict confidentiality.
