We are looking for Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) and Senior Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) professionals (Multiple Openings), specializing in Data and Analytics & AI, who are passionate about driving our customers' transformation on Microsoft Azure. These are customer-facing roles, owning the technical relationship between the customer and Microsoft, helping customers to leverage their Microsoft investments through architecture, and operational health engagements.

You will own AI technical customer engagements including architectural design sessions, proof of concepts/technologies, specific implementation projects and MVPs. You will leverage your experience in customer-facing roles and success leading end-to-end AI technical engagements and development of POCs using AI services and/or data science with customer executives, IT Management, Enterprise Architects, Data Scientists and Developers to drive AI solutions to production.

This role will give you the opportunity to leverage your experience in customer-facing roles and success in leading in-depth technical security architecture discussions with customer executives, Enterprise Architects, IT Management, and Developers to address, enable, and transform Data and AI solutions for the customer.

Key responsibilities:

• Seek to understand customers' overall data estate Business and IT priorities and success measures to design Data & Analytics solutions that drive business valueanddrive positive Customer Satisfaction & become a trusted advisor.
• Ensure that solutionexhibits high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, repeatability, appropriate reusability, and reliability upon deploymentand providefeedbackandinsights from customers/partners.
• Develop opportunities to drive Customer Successbusiness results & help Customersget value from their Microsoft investmentsandidentify resolutions to Customer blockers by leveraging SAsubject matter expertise.Deliver according to MS best practices & using repeatable Intellectual Property (IP).
• Apply technical knowledge to architect and design solutions that meet business and IT needs, createAIroadmaps, drive Proof of Concepts (POC) and Minimal Viable Product (MVP), and ensure long term technical viability of new deployments, infusing key AI technologies whereappropriate.
• Be the Voice of Customer to share insights and best practices, connect with Engineering team to remove key blockers and drive product improvements.
• Maintaintechnical skills and knowledge, keep up to date with market trends and competitive insights; collaborate and share with the AI technical community while educating customers on Azure platform.
• Accelerate customer outcomes -Share expertise, contribute to IP creation & re-use toaccelerate customer outcomesand obtain relevant accreditations and certifications.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 2+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with AI/ML and/or Generative AI technology.
• 2+ years of customer facing experience providing recommendations to, or collaborating with, mid-to-senior level executives to address and advance technology transformation initiatives, entablements, and outcomes, including Data and AI solutions.
• 2+ years of enterprise experience in ANY of the following: Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Microsoft Purview, Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Cosmos DB.

Cloud Solution Architecture IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $112,000 - $185,300 per year.

Cloud Solution Architecture IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
