Senior Visual Analyst

BigBear.ai is seeking a Senior Visual Analyst to support theData Analytics Team (DAT) by providing expert-level web design, development, and hosting support. In this role, you will create high-quality graphics and visual assets to enhance content generation and hosting efforts. You will act as the primary point of contact for websites and graphic design, offering guidance on best practices and recommending proper implementation strategies for business solutions. You will interact professionally with senior leadership, interpreting requirements to deliver impactful graphics and websites that align with organizational goals. • Web Design & Maintenance:Design and maintain interactive websites and other visual assets for the customer
• Requirements Gathering:Gather feedback and complex requirements to create necessary assets
• Web Development:LeverageHTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQueryorContent Management Systemsto create and maintain sites
• AI Integration:UtilizeAI and content generation toolsto enhance workflows and improve efficiency
• Mentorship:Mentor junior teammates and provide guidance on best practices
• Site Deployment:Design, develop, configure, implement, deploy, and maintain website deployments
• Scripting:ImplementJavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSSto support business processes and related data
• Content Manipulation:Understand and manipulate web content while leveraging content generation tools
• Graphic Design:Translate broad concepts into pointed graphics that visually represent written words; design and create graphics to support organizational activities and initiatives
• Solution Strategies:Propose business solution strategies and design approaches based on customer needs, processes, and technical feasibility

• Clearance:Must possess and maintain an activeTS/SCI w/ Polygraph
• Education & Experience:
  • 10 years of experiencewith aBachelor's degree, or5 years with a Master's degree(4 additional years of experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree)
• Technical Expertise:
  • Proficiency withAdobe Creative Suite, especiallyAdobe Illustrator
  • 5+ years' experiencedesigning and implementing customer web-based solutions using industry web platform technologies
  • 5+ years' experiencegathering customer requirements and leading process or requirements gathering sessions
  • Demonstrated experience inUI/UX designusing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong understanding ofweb and content management architectureand web security best practices
  • Experience with web design tools:JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS

• Web Hosting Expertise:Experience withweb hosting/monitoring
• Serverless Architectures:Knowledge ofserverless architectures(e.g.,AWS Lambda)
• Network Profiling:Familiarity withnetwork profilinganddevice fingerprinting
• AI Content Generation:Experience withAI-generated contentand agentic coding
• Hosting Solutions:Experience withNginx, WordPress, or other web content hosting solutions
• Atlassian Tools:Experience with theAtlassian Suite(Confluence, Jira)
