Summary:

The Manager - Health and Welfare Benefitsis responsible for leading the strategy, administration, and compliance of health and welfare plans, including medical, pharmacy, dental, vision, and HSA/FSA programs. This role also manages the benefits team, ensuring operational excellence, high quality support for care team members, and strong vendor performance.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Bachelors or equivalent experience
  2. License/Certifications: None
  3. Experience: 5 years of health & welfare benefits experience focused on medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision plans required
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: 2 years leading or mentoring staff
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Experience in a multi-state and/or complex organizational environment
