ADAS SW & Feature Dev Engineer - positions offered by Ford Motor Company (Dearborn, Michigan). Note, this is a hybrid position whereby the employee will work both from home and from the Dearborn office. Hence, the employee must live within a reasonable commuting distance from Dearborn, MI.  Perform algorithm development, verification, and validation in the simulation environment and in real world driving. Perform signal processing and decision-making algorithm development. Support utilities used for code, algorithm verification and testing. Identify areas of improvement and tradeoffs, changes needed to improve performance and help meet objectives. Perform embedded perception software development and deployment, perception data analysis, algorithm implementation, and machine learning.
