Process Technician Job Purpose: To provide injection molding processing expertise for a range of product and materials.

  Performs technical tests and experiments for process of R&D engineering.

  Will act as an advocate of disciplined plastics approaches using (ie. Robust Mold Trials, Systematic Molding Techniques, Standard Work Flow)

  Provide troubleshooting expertise and resolve Injection Molding problems using strong systematic trouble shooting techniques.

  Develop technical problem solving skills among set up technicians. Provide key inputs and leadership into transformational process development

  Performs set-up of equipment.

  
  
• 
  

  Monitors, audits and provides guidance to line operators.

  
  
• 
  

  Processes test runs and prepares records, charts, and graphs of results through masking and diffusion for presentation to engineering to identify yield problems or test new products.

  Provides technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.

  High School Diploma
