Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent across multiple departments. This role reports directly to the Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist and partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities



  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions across the organization
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, timelines, and recruitment strategies
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication with applicants
  • Draft and post job descriptions and recruitment marketing content
  • Coordinate offer processes, including compensation discussions and offer letters
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide regular hiring updates to leadership
  • Support onboarding processes and new hire orientation as needed
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and community outreach events
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process


Qualifications

REQUIRED:



  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


PREFERRED:



  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills
  • Experience recruiting in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems or recruiting platforms
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
  • 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
