• 1+ years of experience in a warehouse clerk or logistics support role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Strong Excel, word and Outlook experience and familiarity with warehouse systems

• Perform shipping and receiving functions with accuracy and efficiency
• Manage inventory and ensure data integrity in warehouse systems
• Handle general warehouse clerk duties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Provide customer support related to logistics, tracking, and order fulfillment
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues quickly and professionally
