What to Expect
Build Program Managers on the Battery Pack Design Engineering team drive builds to enable light-speed validation of new cell & pack technologies through critical testing. This role requires a highly organized mind set, an enthusiasm for developing new technologies, and an unparalleled ability to pull people together to get things done. This role works out of the battery design engineering laboratory so you must be flexible with frequently changing early-stage designs, but coordinate a build team across multiple product lines and company functions - so you must be able to quickly adapt plans to drive stability in our build execution. In order to support our multiple parallel development programs, you must be detail oriented while driving design, build and cross functional teams to execute quickly at high quality. You must be passionate, but direction changes frequently, so you must also be resilient. Our lab supports builds for both Telsa's electric vehicles & energy products.
