Seal Dynamics LLC is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Member/ Receiving Clerk.

Role:

The Receiving Clerk is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and accurately recording incoming aerospace parts in our ERP system (SyteLine). This role supports inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, and compliance with company quality and safety procedures.

The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following responsibilities:

• Must be extremely detail orientated
• Ability to read, understand and interoperate written instructions
• Receive incoming shipments and verify against purchase orders
• Inspect and record materials in ERP system (SyteLine)
• Monitor inbound deliveries and coordinate with carriers
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory cycle counts
• Ensure product is kept neat and in an orderly fashion per FIFO methods
• Organize and store materials properly in designated warehouse locations
• Support other warehouse functions as needed through cross-training
• Follow company quality and safety procedures
• Experience with, and understanding of, inventory transactions
• Assist with daily picking, packing and shipments of products
• Physical ability to work standing all day while moving about entire warehouse.
• Energetic with team orientated attitude
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment

Requirements/Experience:

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience:

• Warehouse or receiving experience preferred
• Warehouse/Stockroom experience preferred
• Aerospace industry experience helpful
• ISO experience helpful
• Computer skills (ERP/SyteLine, Excel helpful)

• Must be willing to support multiple warehouse functions as needed through cross-training
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Communication skills
• Strong work ethic (willingness to work hard and long hours, if needed)
• Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks
• Highly responsive to internal and external customer requirements, with a high attention for detail
• Must work well with others and be flexible in handling multiple tasks
• Minimal Overtime is possible and rare Saturdays

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the warehouse
• Occasional ladder use

$18.00 - $20.00 / hour
