Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour

Shift: Thurs - Sat+ Every other Wed | 6 PM-6 AM

Here's what we're looking for.

• Minimum of 2 years of shipping clerk experience in a warehouse environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Occasional walking within the warehouse to verify shipments or inventory
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain inventory and shipping/receiving data within the warehouse management system (GUI)
• Generate and process reports related to shipments, orders, and inventory
• Verify and reconcile invoices, bills of lading, and shipment documentation
• Manage inventory records and workflow tracking
• Communicate with warehouse staff to resolve discrepancies and clarify instructions
• Assist with order tracking, returns processing, and quality checks
• Maintain organized and accurate records of shipments, returns, and documentation
• Provide additional administrative support as needed
