The Opportunity
Adobe Express is one of Adobe's fastest-growing creative surfaces, serving millions of users across web and mobile. We are seeking a Group Manager of Monetization & Premium Enablement to define and lead the end-to-end monetization and premium value strategy for Express.
This leader will own the long-term vision and execution for how premium value is surfaced, experienced, and monetized - spanning onboarding, paywalls, offers, entitlements, AI credit systems, and cross-product integrations with Acrobat, Firefly, and Creative Cloud.
This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for scaling Express as a durable, ecosystem-wide growth engine and shaping the future of Product-Led Growth across Adobe.

What You'll Do

Define and Lead the Monetization & Premium Strategy
  • Establish a 2-3 year vision for monetization and premium value across Express, owning strategy across direct funnels and cross-product integrations.
  • Balance revenue, retention, and ecosystem value while partnering with Finance and executive leadership on GNARR, M1RR, and contribution targets.
  • Drive monetization innovation-including credit systems, AI metering, bundled value, and personalized offers.
Drive Ecosystem Growth & Scalable Monetization Infrastructure
  • Expand revenue contribution from Acrobat, Creative Cloud, and Firefly integrations through scalable entitlement, upsell, and cross-product monetization frameworks.
  • Build and evolve the experimentation, platform, and measurement systems that power premium discovery, paid engagement, and AI monetization.
  • Ensure systems readiness for emerging AI capabilities and complex entitlement logic while maintaining operational rigor and customer trust.
Lead a High-Performing Organization & Influence Across Adobe
  • Grow, mentor, and develop a team of senior and principal PMs while elevating strategic thinking, execution quality, and cross-functional influence across engineering, design, and data science.
  • Establish operating principles that drive focus, velocity, and innovation.
  • Position Express as a center of excellence for PLG and freemium strategy, representing Premium Enablement in enterprise-wide planning, leadership forums, and monetization strategy development.
What You'll Bring
  • 10+ years of product leadership experience in SaaS, subscription, or PLG-driven environments.
  • Demonstrated success owning multi-million to nine-figure revenue portfolios.
  • Deep expertise in lifecycle optimization, experimentation frameworks, and subscription monetization.
  • Experience leading Principal and Senior PM teams
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence VP+ stakeholders.
  • Experience monetizing AI-powered products or credit-based systems is highly desirable.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, strategic pivots, and ecosystem-level tradeoffs.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $153,600 -- $297,700 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $205,600 - $297,700

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
