You're a Fit If You :

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Have strong typing skills and computer smarts.
• Are Tech-savvy and quick to pick up new systems and tools.
• Proficient in MS Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Can be calm, professional, and collected, even when things get busy.
• Are reliable, punctual, and ready to show up for your team every day.
• Organized with excellent time management and customer service skills

• Helping people and turning problems into solutions with patience and care.
• Juggling calls, emails, work orders, and greeting customers without breaking a sweat.
