Position Summary:



The Quality Operations Leadis responsible forproviding real-time quality oversight of manufacturing processes within a regulated manufacturing environment to ensure compliance with procedural and data integrity requirements. This role also provides operational leadership through work direction, issue of escalation, and independent decision-making tomaintaincontinuity of quality oversight.

This position reports toIvonne Torres,Quality Supervisor IIIandwill be fullyonsite Sunday- Tuesday, and alternating Wednesday's 6 AM to 6 PM.

Responsibilities: Essential Duties




  • Responsible for performing processmonitoringactivities, including reinspection process, sampling of ReserveSamples,and monitoring Quality Operations Programsin accordance withapplicable procedures.






  • Provides quality oversight of manufacturing operations to ensure compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and data integrity standards.






  • Supports quality investigations andassistsin the resolution ofidentifiedquality issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.






  • Provides routine work direction, guidance, and training to Quality Operations Associates to ensure adherence toestablishedinspection and processmonitoringpractices.






  • Escalates manufacturing or quality-related issues to the Quality Operations Supervisor asrequiredto supporttimelyresolution.




Expertise: Knowledge & Skills




  • In addition to standard Quality Operations Associate duties, this role has assumed Quality Operations Lead responsibilities to support real-time manufacturing operations.






  • General Lead responsibilities require broad operational knowledge, independent decision-making, and immediateissue ofescalation support on the manufacturing floor.






  • Lead-level coverage isrequiredto ensure continuity of quality and manufacturing operations,timelyresponse to manufacturing issues, and maintenance of quality oversight during active production activities.




Required:




  • High school diplomarequired,Bachelor'sdegree in a Science related field preferred.






  • 04 - 06 years related experiencerequired.






  • Ability to work non-stand schedule as needed




Compensation: $70,500.00 - $75,500.00


The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range provided is a reasonable estimate.
