You will support access control, respond to alarms and/or concerns, document observations, and provide clear, professional customer service to employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating updates to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office, campus, and/or data center areas, including interior and exterior perimeter checks; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Monitor access points and security-related systems as assigned, help to deter unauthorized entry, and document unusual activity according to site procedures.
• Complete detailed reports and logs for patrols, incidents, and service requests, escalating concerns through the appropriate chain of communication.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
