As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, completing routine rounds and staying visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will document observations, respond to concerns, and communicate clearly while providing outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or policy concerns.
• Monitor entrances and public areas, verify access authorization when required, and direct guests to the appropriate location while maintaining a professional presence.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support, notifying the proper parties, and coordinating with public responders when needed.
• Complete written reports and logs, document patrol observations and incidents, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be able to ride a bike.
• Be able to lift more than 20 lbs preferred.
• Have a guard card and/or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
