Responsible for providing clerical and administrative support related to the processing and distribution of medical records documentation. This role ensures timely, accurate fulfillment of requests for medical records, Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), UB92 forms, and itemized statements for both internal departments and external entities, while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and privacy standards. Duties & Responsibilities 1. Medical Records Processing (70%) * Process and fulfill requests for medical records, EOBs, UB92 forms, and itemized statements * Distribute requested documentation to designated internal business units and external partners * Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of all records released * Track and manage request status to meet service level expectations Additional Skills & Qualifications Computer knowledge: MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, excellent listening skills, and organizational skills Ability to work in fast pace environment Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Healthcare terminology Ability to research and work independently Data Entry and 10-key by touch Experience Level* Intermediate Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Frisco, TX.
