We are seeking a Business Analyst to support technology initiatives by partnering with business and technical stakeholders to translate needs into clear, actionable requirements. This role will focus on analyzing complex information, supporting solution design, and ensuring technology solutions align with business objectives. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundational BA skillset and is comfortable working within large, complex enterprise environments. Experience or exposure to capacity management concepts is a plus. Key Responsibilities * Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements to support technology initiatives * Translate business needs into functional and technical deliverables by collaborating with engineering, product, and operations teams * Develop and maintain artifacts such as requirements documentation, user stories, process flows, and technical specifications * Perform data analysis to support decision-making and validate solution outcomes * Support the project lifecycle by assisting with solution design, testing, implementation, and postdelivery support * Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to risk identification and mitigation * Help ensure technology solutions align with organizational strategy and operational goals * Partner with stakeholders across varying levels of technical expertise and seniority Required Qualifications * Strong analytical and criticalthinking skills with the ability to extract and synthesize relevant information from stakeholders * Demonstrated ability to translate requirements into clear, structured deliverables * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage technical and nontechnical audiences * Experience prioritizing requirements and managing competing stakeholder needs * Exposure to delivery within a large, complex corporate or enterprise environment * Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and disciplines Desired Qualifications * Broad understanding of information technology concepts and businesstechnology alignment * Exposure to capacity management, performance monitoring, or related operational processes * Familiarity with process management, risk management, and controls * Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field Additional Notes This role is well suited for a Business Analyst who is comfortable operating in structured environments, enjoys working across teams, and is interested in expanding their understanding of how technology platforms are planned, measured, and optimized. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Chandler, AZ. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $46.00 - $47.00/hr.
