Looking for a Call Center Representative to handle inbound and/or outbound customer communications to provide support, resolve issues, and promote products or services. They serve as the primary point of contact for customers and are responsible for maintaining a positive customer experience through effective communication and problemsolving. *Key Responsibilities* * Answer highvolume inbound calls or make outbound calls to customers. * Provide information about products, services, billing, or account issues. * Troubleshoot customer concerns and follow established procedures to resolve problems. * Document customer interactions, transactions, and outcomes in CRM or internal systems. * Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized departments as needed. * Process orders, payments, returns, or account updates. * Follow scripts, compliance requirements, and performance guidelines. * Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate. * Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. *Skills & Qualifications* * Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. * Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems quickly. * Conflictresolution and problemsolving abilities. * Patience, empathy, and a customerfirst mindset. * Basic data entry and typing proficiency. * Ability to work in a fastpaced or highvolume environment. * Prior customer service or call center experience preferred (but not always required). *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $53000.00/yr.
