Description * Conducts detailed analysis of highly complex and sensitive member and provider appeals, inquiries, and grievances, ensuring alignment with internal policies, contractual provisions, and regulatory requirements. * Researches and evaluates all relevant facts from internal and external resources, preparing clear and comprehensive summaries of member or provider concerns for management and decisionmakers. * Supports Supervisors and Coordinators by serving as a liaison between providers, members, and internal stakeholders, while upholding organizational objectives and compliance with contractual, regulatory, and accreditation standards. * Identifies member issues, educational needs, and emerging trends, reporting findings to management and recommending solutions. Takes a proactive role in reviewing, interpreting, and communicating new regulations, standards, and business changes related to member advocacy and appeals. * Assists with crossdepartment coordination of process changes as directed by management. Skills * Customer Service * Inbound Calls * Call Center Support * Customer Support Minimum Requirements * Effective verbal and written communication skills. * Strong problem identification and resolution abilities. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Preferred Qualifications * Experience in the healthcare industry. * Customer service experience. * Strong critical thinking and advanced problemsolving skills. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Honolulu, HI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
