The expert level Power BI Developer leads the design, development, and optimization of enterprisegrade analytics solutions that support strategic decisionmaking across the organization. This role sits on a crossfunctional agile release team and partners closely with product owners, UX designers, business stakeholders, and data engineering to deliver highquality dashboards, data models, and user experiences. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a thoughtful approach to UI design, personadriven development, and clear communication of complex financial data. Contract Duration: 18 months Top Skills Details Power BI ,UI Additional Skills & Qualifications 5-8+ years of experience developing enterprise BI solutions, with expertlevel Power BI skills (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, semantic layer design). Strong understanding of financial services data, such as customer, product, risk, compliance, or portfolio analytics. Demonstrated experience working in agile delivery environments (Scrum or SAFe), including backlog refinement and sprint ceremonies. Proven ability to design usercentric dashboards informed by personas, usability principles, and modern UI/UX patterns. Experience creating schema diagrams, data flow presentations, and conceptual models for technical and nontechnical audiences. Proficiency with SQL and familiarity with cloud data platform. Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and compelling visual narratives.
