* Loan Documentation Specialist - Join Our Post-Foreclosure Team!* We're seeking a Loan Documentation Specialist with strong eviction and property preservation experience to join our growing team. If you're detail-oriented, thrive in a manual, fast-paced environment, and have an experience in mortgage servicing, this is the opportunity for you! What You'll Do * Handle post-foreclosure sales and eviction processes * Work with FHA loans (75% of portfolio) * Update MAQs accurately in a highly manual system * Collaborate with property preservation companies to ensure conveyance condition (ICC) * Prepare documents, deeds, bid instructions, and foreclosure figures * Monitor timelines, issue notices of sale, and report to investors and mortgage insurance carriers * Process postponements, reinstatements, and judgments * Review invoices, request payments, and manage escrow accounts * Refer eviction files to attorneys and oversee occupied properties until vacant * Prepare conveyance/title packages and submit claims for FHA reimbursement * Perform internet research for utilities/HOAs and manage account transfers Top Skills * Eviction (minimum 2-3 years) * Property Preservation * Foreclosure Processes * FHA Loan Experience Qualifications * High School Diploma/GED preferred * Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent experience preferred * 2+ years of eviction/property preservation required (3 years preferred for higher pay) * Mortgage servicing experience strongly preferred (not originations) * Intermediate-level professional experience Role Details * Pay: Up to $27/hr for A+ candidates with 3+ years' experience * Contract-to-Hire (C2H) opportunity * Schedule: M-F, 9-5 (flexible lunch break) * Training: 6 weeks onsite, then potential hybrid option * Team: 25 members, with only 1 currently handling evictions * Interview Process: 1-2 rounds, on camera Why Join Us?
