As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine patrols, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. This is a driving post, so you will use a vehicle to cover property routes, respond to calls for assistance, and deliver clear customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by following site-specific procedures and property policies and/or supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of commercial real estate common areas, parking areas, and building perimeters, reporting unusual activity and maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, requesting additional assistance as needed and documenting actions taken.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management by observing for unauthorized entry and following established protocols for keys, badges, and/or deliveries.
• Complete detailed patrol logs and incident reports, communicate status updates to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership, and support a professional presence that helps to deter unwanted activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
