Senior Specialist, Corporate Business Development
Job Description:
Entegris is seeking a Senior Specialist, Corporate Business Development to support the identification and evaluation of growth opportunities through mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic investments. The role focuses on opportunities aligned with Entegris' materials science innovation culture, hightech gotomarket channels, unitdriven business models, sustainability objectives, and PACE values. This individual will be a key contributor within a small, nimble Corporate Business Development team, supporting M&A strategy execution, deal sourcing, due diligence, financial analysis, integration planning, portfolio reviews and Venture Investment. The role works closely with senior BD leaders, business unit stakeholders, and external advisors throughout the transaction lifecycle, with increasing responsibility over time.
Roles & responsibilities:
Deal Sourcing & Analysis: Support identification and evaluation of potential M&A and partnership opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, and strategic screening. Assist in maintaining relationships with investment bankers, industry contacts, and internal stakeholders. Help convert inbound and outbound opportunities into structured evaluation projects.
Due Diligence Support: Support end-to-end due diligence activities, including data gathering, analysis, and coordination with internal subject-matter experts. Assist in managing diligence requests and synthesizing findings in line with the Entegris BD playbook. Prepare materials for internal deal reviews and decision forums.
Financial Modeling & Valuation: Build, maintain, and refine financial models and valuation analyses under guidance from BD and Corporate Finance. Support development of key business plan assumptions and scenario analyses.
Integration and Strategy Support: Support integration team to manage the integration of acquired companies or partnerships to ensure a smooth transition and maximize value. Conduct industry, technology, and application-level market research to support strategic planning and portfolio reviews.
Divestiture & Execution: Support Entegris business portfolio review and formulate portfolio optimization strategies. Lead divestiture process and support separation planning as needed. Corporate Ventures: Support Entegris Ventures team on evaluating funnel of investment opportunities and preparing management presentations.
Outstanding Candidates Will Have:
Master's degree in Technology, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance, or Strategy. MBA preferred but not required. 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, business development, consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate finance. Successful business development complementary experience desired Strong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills with high attention to detail.

- Compensation: $100,500- $125,500 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
