We are seeking a Customer Care Representative to support homeowners with their mortgagerelated questions. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, can multitask in a fastpaced environment, and is comfortable guiding customers through paymentrelated conversations. You will handle inbound calls from residential homeowners, assisting with payments, account updates, escrow questions, password resets, and general mortgage servicing inquiries. The goal is firstcall resolution, providing a positive and informed experience to every customer. This team also makes light outbound courtesy calls to customers who are due for their monthly payment and may need reminders or assistance. Responsibilities * Handle inbound calls regarding mortgage payments, escrow, PMI, account changes, and online account issues * Deliver firstcall resolution and exceptional customer experience * Make outbound courtesy calls to customers who have not yet made their monthly payment * Assist homeowners with account updates, password resets, and general mortgage questions * Explain escrow changes, tax/insurance impacts, and PMI requirements in simple terms * Maintain accurate notes and follow compliance expectations * Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure a smooth customer experience Required Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED * 1+ year of contact center experience * Strong job tenure (ideally 2+ years in previous roles) * Strong computer navigation skills (multiscreen use, MS Office, toggling) * Comfortable discussing payment obligations with customers * Excellent customer service approach - empathetic, calm, and solutionoriented * Passion for helping people and providing a supportive customer experience Preferred Qualifications * Mortgage servicing experience * Bilingual: Spanish/English Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Englewood, CO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
