We are seeking an Appointment Setter to support highvolume inbound and outbound customer communication. This role is responsible for setting qualified appointments, answering incoming calls from prospective customers, performing timely and accurate data entry, and following up with existing leads. Additional responsibilities include making outbound calls as directed, meeting performance goals, and completing other assigned duties. *Job Title: Appointment Setter (Inbound Only)* *Location:* Onsite - Gilbert, AZ (Mesa Dr & Stapley) *Schedule:* Monday-Friday 8 AM-5 PM | Saturday & Sunday 9 AM-5 PM (rotating one weekend day) *Compensation:* * *$16.00/hr base pay* * *$5.00 per appointment set* (average 15-20 per day; high performers hit 30-40) * *Weekly commission payouts* * *Monthly bonus up to $500* * *Full-time, onsite role* *About the Company* Join the largest ironworking company on this side of the Mississippi, with a team of over 170 employees. You'll join a small but mighty team of appointment setters (currently 2, expanding back to 4) that directly impacts company success. *Position Overview* We are seeking *two Appointment Setters* to join our growing team. This role is *100% inbound - absolutely no cold calling.* Leads come directly from marketing and the company website. Your job is simply to follow up, connect with customers who already requested help, and set appointments for field reps. This is a great opportunity for someone with call center experience who wants a stable role with strong earning potential. *What You'll Do* * Handle *inbound warm calls* from customers expressing interest in services * Follow up with leads and *set appointments* for field representatives * Document call details and appointment info accurately * Meet daily and weekly team goals * Rotate one weekend shift per week * Provide an excellent customer experience - no selling is required * Earn credit even if the customer does not purchase * Contribute to a team that consistently sees *80% close rates* on appointments *What We're Looking For* * *Call center experience required* * Appointment setting experience is a *major plus* * Comfortable working onsite in Gilbert * Strong communication and customer service skills * Dependable, positive attitude, and highly coachable * Preferably lives on the *East side* of the Phoenix metro area * Someone who can start *ASAP* *Why You'll Love This Role* * All inbound, warm leads - *no cold calling ever* * Weekly commission + high appointment volume = strong earning potential * Supportive leadership and work-life balance * Opportunity to sit with a team member who has been in the role *8+ years* to understand real earnings and expectations * Fast process: *One onsite interview.
