Description Shift - Monday-Friday full time - can start between 6:30-7:30am The Clerical Support Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive clerical and administrative support, including the processing and distribution of medical records, EOBs, UB-92 forms, and itemized statements for both internal and external stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment. A day in this role would look like: breaking down mail, rotate through mail handling, receiving claims from multiple sources, responsible for working online files in lock box, responsible for work cues, handling requests, hospital billing and professional fees. Job Duties: - Fulfill requests for medical records, EOBs, UB-92s, and itemized statements. - Deliver documentation to designated internal and external business unit contacts. - Perform general office duties including sorting correspondence, filing, photocopying, scanning, and indexing documents. - Handle mail printing, tracking, and distribution. Skills Patient service, Customer service, Operation, Call center, Customer support, Windows, Technical support, Salesforce.com, Support, Help desk support Additional Skills & Qualifications - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. - Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. - Excellent listening skills and organizational abilities. - Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment. - Demonstrated ability to learn new tasks quickly. - Strong prioritization and multitasking capabilities. - Familiarity with healthcare terminology. - Strong customer service skills. - Ability to research and work independently. - Accurate data entry skills and 10key proficiency by touch. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, NH. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
